Great high tea, with a view of down town Ginza. The sweet side of the high tea was excellent, but the savoury sandwiches were bland and a bit dry. I ordered the hot chocolate with my high tea and it was rich and delicious. I highly recommend this place, but there was to book and there was a bit of a wait to get in. Also it’s worth noting that the high tea is only served before 18:00pm.

The place is pretty. However, the staff was very rude. First, they didn’t want to let us sit in the table we reserved. We had to show them our reservation details which I think is unnecessary. After that, the staff had a very bad attitude. Especially a girl named Hanada. When she had to serve our tea she had a terrible attitude, she wouldn’t even bring our desserts until we asked another waiter for it, which is incredibly bad considering we were paying $100 for our Christmas set. At the end, we wanted to split our bill and she wouldn’t let us, As a paying customer I find their attitude is very bad and they lack customer service skills. This place is not foreigner friendly. We came here to have a lovely tea afternoon but the staff completely ruined the whole day

It is located at the second floor of Mitsukoshi Ginza department store. There are plenty of tables before noon but after that it gets a bit crowded, which shows how this place is popular. The view from the window is fantastic to the famous Ginza main street and surrounding street, so if you arrive before noon, you have a chance to be seated next to it. The service is excellent but maybe a bit “over-served”: the waiter and waitresses interrupted the conversation with my friend many times and checked & confirmed this and that, which was a bit annoying after the third time. The food is a bit expensive but worth the price!!! There are many kinds of tea on their menu, so if you are a tea lover, this place is for you!
